Stuck in the middle

If you sit middle seat on a plane ride longer than 5 hours you deserve an award. What if you need to get up? what if you need to stretch? What if you have to use the restroom? You have to awkwardly ask the person next to you to move, even if they're asleep. And I'm always getting up! I can't stay still lol  Middle seat sucks!
